Our Story

We are a third-generation, family owned and operated masonry restoration, waterproofing, and historic preservation company.  Since inception, Folan has built an impeccable reputation throughout the New England area and is presently recognized as a leader in the industry in restoration, masonry, waterproofing and general  contract services.

Folan understands the many peculiarities and diverse scenarios associated with a buildings’ problems and are well equipped to analyze and deal with the physical forces which affect a structures performance.

Quality Craftmanship

Highly trained craftsman ensure proper installation every time and each project is closely monitored by Folan supervisors to assure quality execution and control. All of our foreman have completed the OSHA 30 hour Training and Certification Program.
