This new 476,425 Square Foot flagship high school located in Attleboro, MA is one of the first of its kind in the area. It was built with flexibility to accommodate changes in education and technology in mind. The school has the traditional high school feel but was built with vocational and technical school facilities. This project was funded in part through the Massachusetts School Board Authority Partnership. The total project cost totalled $259.9m, despite being constructed during the peak of the pandemic.

Folan had the opportunity to work with Consigli as the Construction Manager. The cavity wall construction was installed using Carlisle Coatings and Waterproofing 705 Fire Resistant Air/Vapor Barrier. Folan also installed custom fabricated stainless steel through wall flashing at penetrations in the facade. Several rounds of Air/Vapor ASTM testing were completed through a 3rd Party Agency with favorable Passing results throughout the project.
